As you see here, Madelia(Commder Shepard's younger sister) and Kaidan Alenko are having an arguement because she has been taunting him about the horrific incident at BAaT by falsely accusing him of brutally murdering Commander Vyrnnus(The Turian in which Alenko accidentally killed).
Little does Kaidan know, Madelia is using the BAaT incident to get revenge on him for breaking her older sister's(Seidra Shepard) heart on Horizon.
