Looks like Madelia(Seidra Shepard's sister) has thrown punch at Kaidan Alenko to goad him into a fight, when she decided that taunting him about BAaT wasn't enough.
She also claims she's getting revenge on Alenko for killing Commander Vyrnnus(which of course isn't true).
