Karen Hansen was born in Copenhagen, Denmark,  July 15th 2162.

At age six, she, along with her family immigrated from Denmark to the US.

She met Madelia Shepard during the eleventh grade and the two became close friends.

After both friends graduated from collage, They went their separate ways.

Madelia became an archaeologist.

And Karen became a school teacher. She later got married to Tom Bennett and had three children with him.
